Kelly Ellis, MA, LPC, BCPC
Hi, I’m Kelly Ellis, founder and therapist at Waters Edge Counseling since 2009.
I would like to thank you for visiting my website and congratulate you on taking the first step towards seeking help with whatever issues you may be facing.
I believe that suffering is a part of the human experience. At different times in our lives, we've all felt stuck, discouraged, or uncertain about the future. But I also believe there is always hope for a better tomorrow. Healing is possible, and with the right support, meaningful change can happen.
Because each person is uniquely created, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs by integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), talk therapy, ongoing assessments, goal setting, and practical tools you can apply between sessions. Together, we'll work to identify the root causes of your challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, and help you move forward one step at a time.
I am an Antrim County native and have proudly called the South Haven area home since 1996. I have a deep love for this community and feel honored to serve the individuals and families who live here and within the neighboring communities. Outside the counseling office, I enjoy spending time in my garden, exploring creative crafts, and dressing my beloved Maltese dog, Trixie, with her favorite clothes.
I look forward to getting to know you and walking alongside you on your journey toward hope, healing, and lasting growth.
